Respected and renowned theologian and preacher, Bishop Emmanuel Owusu Ansah, popularly known as Bishop E.O. Ansah, has underscored the need for a peaceful electoral process as Ghanaians head to the polls today, December 7, 2024.
The man of God, in a declaration of peace over today’s general polls, called for unity, stability, and peace.
Bishop E.O. Ansah said there was no need for tribal conflict, no religious conflict, no political or partisan conflict, and not even prophetic conflict.
To the prophets, he advised that if their prophecies fail to materialise, they should keep quiet and seek the face of God all the more.
He said whatever the situation would be, God will speak, and the choice of God must be our preference.
He indicated that we are all hoping for a better Ghana, hence the need for us to remain united after the elections are over and a winner is declared.
‘’This is the dawn of Saturday. We are still in prayer for a peaceful election. No tribal conflict, no religious conflict, no political or partisan conflict, not even prophetic conflict. Listen, after the election, if your prophecy did not come to pass, just keep quiet and seek the face of God all the more. Remember, whatever it is, God will speak, and the choice of God must be our preference, and we are hoping for a better Ghana. Therefore, peace be still,’’ he declared.
