The Executive Director of Peace Watch Ghana has declared that all the evil plotters, manipulators, and unfair critics of Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), would soon be exposed.
She stated that there are some individuals who have made it their agenda to destroy the sterling legacy, credibility, and achievements of the IGP.
These individuals she lamented are fabricating lies and creating false stories about the IGP in order to get him out.
She was, however, hopeful the quality of work, integrity, and hard work the man has displayed since he was appointed will speak for him.
Appearing on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, she asserted that the IGP has been a man who has introduced reforms and transformed the Ghana Police Service into a credible and enviable institution.
According to her, although the IGP may have his own flaws, his achievements, dedication to work, and legacy will forever remain in the minds of Ghanaians.
She then warned those plotting against him to stop saying,’’To those plotting evil against the IGP, paying money to people to fabricate lies, false news about him, and to paint him black to create negative affections for him, be reminded that your evil agenda will not work. You will be exposed. The wrath of God will come after you if you don’t stop. All the losers who are plotting evil will be punished. God will punish and deal with you just as he dealt with all those who created evil against President John Dramani Mahama. I am not saying the IGP is a saint of 100 percent perfect. But if you want to criticise him, be truthful and candid. Don’t peddle lies against him in the name of receiving gHC1,000 or gHC2,000”.
