Deputy Education Minister-designate Dr. Clement Apaak has cautioned the Ghanaian public against a fake recruitment notice issued in the name of the Ghana Education Service.
He said no recruitment is currently ongoing; hence, the public should stay alert and avoid being sued by the fraudsters.
Social media was awash with a notice announcing the recruitment of qualified teachers.
The notice put out a number and recruitment requirement for potential applicants.
But responding to this, Dr. Apaak, who is also the Member of Parliament for Builsa South, stated categorically that no recruitment has been announced or is ongoing.
He has therefore advised the public to ignore the notice.
He wrote, “FAKE. No recruitment has been announced or is going on. Do not allow yourself to be duped by fraudsters. Be warned.”
