The Minister for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations, Samuel Nartey George, has, through a media advisory, announced that there is a human resource restructuring currently ongoing at the ministry.
This, he noted, was in alignment with President Dramani Mahama’s vision to reset Ghana’s governance framework.
Dubbed’a strategic human resource restructuring of the ministry, the exercise, he said, will affect agencies and all other associated programs.
The minister indicated that the CVs of directors and senior management officials had been requested, signalling an impending realignment aimed at optimising efficiency and effectiveness within the ministry and its affiliated agencies.
