Kwaku Ohene Gyan, the former Deputy Director of Operations at the National Service Authority (NSA), also known as Osonoba, has reportedly been detained by the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB).
According to available information, he was taken into custody on Saturday evening and is currently being held at the NIB offices in Kawukudi.
The reason for his detention remains unclear, but his legal representatives are working to secure his release. Meanwhile, Prof.
Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, former Chairman of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Board and former Education Minister, has also been arrested and detained by the NIB.
The reason for his detention is similarly unclear. His lawyers are currently present at the NIB offices in Kawukudi, seeking bail for their client.
