Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Presidential Adviser and Special Aide to President John Dramani Mahama, has criticised members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) for bringing frivolous, unnecessary, and unfounded allegations against her.
The lawyer said since the NPP lost the elections, members of the party have resorted to making unforunded claims against her.
She noted in a Facebook post that the NPP and its members are using unjustifiable means to undermine her for the lawful acquisition of a vehicle for personal use.
Madam Bawa Mogtari wrote “Their attacks would have been justified if in their haste to attack me, they were able to show that the acquisition was not in full compliance with my Conditions of Service or any law.
My adherence to law and service to Ghana is buttressed by the fact that, I have not been the subject of any investigation or complaint regarding the acquisition of the said vehicle.”
She has threatened to take legal action against persons who are making the baseless and unforunded allegations against her.
“Notice is hereby given that, unlike before, I won’t hesitate to take legal action against such perpetrators of such false and malicious publications .
It is not surprising that Ghanaians kicked the incompetent and nation wrecking NPP party out of government.”

Since their crushing defeat in the last election, the NPP’s strategy appears to be nothing more than “tickle yourself and laugh.”
They have resorted to baseless,needless and unjustified tactics of seeking to undermine my person for the lawful acquisition of a vehicle for personal use.
Their attacks would have been justified if in their haste to attack me, they were able to show that the acquisition was not in full compliance with my Conditions of Service or any law.

Sadly, leading figures and rank and file of the NPP, have made me a target of their frustration and constantly throw accusations at me yet none stick
Valuation of vehicles are done by STC and as the experts, they have their established criteria for conducting valuations on vehicles so it is completely out of place for anyone to attack me for the price of the vehicle when the real questions should be directed at STC to lay bare the parameters for conducting valuations to determine prices of vehicles.
Notice is hereby given that, unlike before, I won’t hesitate to take legal action against such perpetrators of such false and malicious publications .
