On the advice of the Northern Regional Security Council, Minister of Interior Muntaka Mubarak lifted curfews in Saboba and Bimbilla, both in the Northern Region.
The lifting of the ban is with immediate effect, the statement issued by the ministry on February 24, 2025, disclosed.
The statement disclosed that the government continues to express its gratitude to the chiefs, elders, opinion leaders, youth, and people of the area and urges them to continue to resort to peaceful means in solving their problems.
