The Ghana National Fire Service has shut down a mini restaurant that was operating with LPG at the Osu Total Filling Station.
The service, in a statement, said the mini restaurant was shut down to prevent a potential fire outbreak.
A video of the mini restaurant went viral on social media, with some social media users complaining about the dangers associated with it.
The statement issued by the GNFS disclosed that it took the action following the viral video which showed the use of open flames dangerously close to fuel pumps.
GNFS said in the statement that the act is a serious violation of fire safety regulations and poses an imminent fire hazard.
