Angry youth in Bole are up against the nomination by President John Dramani Mahama as the District Chief Executive.
The group of angry youth took to the streets to protest the nomination of Abdulai Mahamud as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area.
The angry youth chanted slogans and burnt lorry tyres opposing the nomination by the president.
According to them, there was a lack of consultation and dissatisfaction with previous leadership.
This is the second time residents have publicly expressed their disapproval of Mahamud’s nomination.
