Former Finance Minister of Ghana, Ken Ofori-Atta, has been listed on Interpol as a wanted person.
He was listed on the official website of Interpol.
This comes after Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng issued a notice redeclaring him as a fugitive from justice.
The Office of Special Prosecutor took this action after Ofori-Atta failed to appear for a scheduled interrogation on June 2.
On the official website of Interpol, it explained the extract of the notice in listing Ofori-Atta as wanted has been approved for public dissemination.
The charge on the website of Interpol against the former minister is “using public office for profit”.
