The Deputy Minister for Education, Dr Clement Apaak, has eulogised his parents as he marks his birthday today, June 12, 2025.
In a Facebook post, Dr Clement Apaak thanked the Supreme Being for His mercies over the years.
The lawmaker who represents the constituents of Builsa South, who is currently attending the African Conference on Agricultural Technologies (ACAT) at the Kigali Convention Centre, Rwanda, from June 9 to 13, 2025, also expressed joy at the fact that his parents are alive to see what he has become.
“Glory be to the Supreme Being for how far he has brought me. In all my imperfections and shortcomings, God has been merciful to me.
“As I celebrate my birthday today, I thank God for assigning me to the parents he did. “As stubborn as I was, they never relented in believing that I would turn out well,” Dr Apaak wrote on his Facebook from Rwanda.
Of course, both, especially Madam Agnes, the quintessential teacher, never spared the rod. Today is most special to me because they are both alive to see what I’ve become. To Mom and Dad, thank you for giving me life.”
