The ceremony was attended by senior officials, including Mrs. Doreen Annan, Chief Director of the Ministry, Brigadier General Maxwell Obuba Mantey, Director-General of the Narcotics Control Commission, and other officials from both the Narcotics Control Commission and the Ghana Gold Board.
