A military helicopter has reportedly crashed in the Adansi Akrofuom District of the Ashanti Region.
Reports reaching Rainbowradioonline.com indicate that some passengers on board sustained injuries.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
However, officials had yet to issue any official communication about the crash.
Aircraft, which flies the Accra-Obuasi route weekly on Wednesdays, experienced an incident under unclear circumstances.
Matthew Baah, Assembly Member for the area, corroborated the event in a media interview, detailing that he was tending to his farmwork when notified via a distress call.
Further information reveals that four individuals may have been onboard, evidenced by dismembered body parts recovered at the crash site.
