Frank Asiedu Bekoe, the Member of Parliament for Suhum, has publicly commended the Church of Pentecost for its investment in the community’s healthcare infrastructure.
The church is currently constructing a new six-bed ward for the Suhum Government Hospital.
Mr Bekoe aka Protozoa specifically praised Apostle Patrick Aseyoro for leading the effort, noting that the new facility will be a “state-of-the-art” addition to the community’s healthcare services.
The MP expressed his gratitude, stating that such initiatives by the church are “extremely positive” and contribute to the area’s development.
Meanwhile, the MP has also highlighted significant challenges at the Suhum Government Hospital.
He lamented the lack of hospital beds in the accident and emergency unit, which he said is negatively impacting patient care. To address this urgent need, he pledged to personally purchase and supply new hospital beds for the unit within the next two weeks.
