The Acting Chief Justice, His Lordship Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, has announced that he will be out of the country from Monday, August 18, to Thursday, August 28, 2025.
In his absence, the most senior Justice of the Supreme Court, His Lordship Justice Gabriel Pwamang, will assume responsibility as Acting Chief Justice.
This was contained in a circular dated August 13, 2025.
The notice, addressed to all Justices of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, and heads of judicial divisions and units, was also copied to members of the Judicial Council, the General Legal Council, and the Acting Judicial Secretary.
