A form three student of Islamic Senior High School in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, has met with an untimely demise after reportedly falling from the top floor of the school’s administration block on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
The deceased student, identified as Abass, a Business student, served as the acting Boys’ Prefect.
He allegedly fell during school hours, prompting students and staff to rush to the scene.
Abass was subsequently transported to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for medical attention but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The body of the deceased has since been laid to rest in accordance with Islamic traditions.
