The Director General of NADMO, Major Dr Joseph Bikanyi Kuyon (Rtd), has sworn in a five-member Audit Committee at a brief ceremony at the organisation’s headquarters in Accra.
He thanked the members for accepting the responsibility and assured them of management’s support in delivering their mandate.
Chairperson Ms Elikplim Kartey expressed appreciation for the confidence reposed in the committee and noted that their role is to support management in complying with Public Financial Management (PFM) requirements, rather than to witch-hunt individuals.
The committee comprises five appointed members, and the ceremony was attended by Deputy Director General (Finance and Administration), Dr Lutfia Saeed Jamal; Deputy Director General (Technical), Rufai-Ahmed Aggudey; and Deputy Director General (Protocol), Ms Henrietta Asante.
