Madam Daniels posited that this contract renewal or extension must afford the IGP an opportunity to restore public confidence in the police.
”It is our prayer that the Ghana Police Service will remain disciplined. The IGP should revive the spirit we knew him for while he was at Accra Region. You should leave a mark. We are prepared to support you. Be focused and deliver on the mandate you’ve been given,” she urged.
She added that the police has done some positive work in dealing with crimes in the country.
According to her, the police had done some noticeable work in the ‘galamsey’ fight.
