Dr Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, the National Coordinator for the OAK (Ohene Agyapong Kennedy) movement, has declared that former Assin Central Member of Parliament Kennedy Agyapong will be declared the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) come January 31, 2026.
Responding to prophecies made by some prophets that Kennedy Agyapong will win the polls but that it will shift at the end, he stated that come rain or shine, Mr Agyapong will be the party’s 2028 presidential candidate.
He made the remarks on ‘Nyankonton Mu Nsem’ on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM.
“In the upcoming elections, whether there is an existing prophecy, whether God has spoken, whether there is a thunder, a storm, an earthquake, or a shakeup within the entire ocean, the next president who will take over after President John Dramani Mahama has exhausted his term will be His Excellency Kennedy Agyapong.”
“As Christians, Muslims, and traditionalists are all aware that all life is spiritual; if there is a prophecy that Kennedy Agyapong has won within the spiritual world, then it will manifest physically. I am optimistic and happy that the heavens have spoken that Kennedy Agyapong will be elected as a candidate for the NPP. I am therefore appealing to our delegates to vote massively for Kennedy Agyapong as the presidential candidate for the party so he will secure the victory for us in 2028.”
He also defended the use of the phrase “motherfucker” as acceptable slang, citing its use in the US and UN.
He argued it symbolises boldness, courage, and strength, and could win the 2028 elections for Kennedy Agyapong.
Dr. Boakye-Danquah made these comments in response to Atta Akyea’s remarks about Agyapong’s temperament, urging delegates to vote for Agyapong as the NPP’s presidential candidate.
