The woman who was seen in the viral video assaulting a male victim has been apprehended.
This was disclosed in a statement released by the Ghana Police Service.
The suspect, identified as Esther Nana Afia Sarfowaa, was taken into custody at Subriso in the Ahafo Ano North Constituency of the Ashanti Region.
Another suspect, Stephen Ofori, was also arrested at Nkawie for his alleged involvement in the same incident.
The two are currently in police custody as the investigation continues, according to the statement.
Meanwhile, the Police indicate that efforts are underway to apprehend three additional suspects who remain at large.
