The High Court in Accra has directed the parties in the case against Patricia Asieduaa (Nana Agradaa) and her co-accused to submit the terms of their proposed plea bargain three days prior to the next sitting on December 16, 2025.
Counsel for Nana Agradaa informed the court that discussions with the Attorney-General’s Office regarding the plea bargain are “far advanced,” a point confirmed by prosecutors who added that the complainant, Emmanuel Appiah Fumum, is actively involved.
The case is based on allegations that Nana Agradaa, a former fetish priestess turned evangelist, broadcast nude images of Pastor Emmanuel Appiah Fumum (Osofo Biblical) on her platforms without his consent, an act that violates the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), which prohibits the non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
Prosecutors on Tuesday December 2 2025, mentioned considering a bench warrant for the second accused, but the defence explained they had not been served with the hearing notice, prompting the Judge to instruct the Registry to ensure proper service before the next date.
Nana Agradaa, who is currently serving a 15-year sentence in a separate fraud case, was present.
Her lawyers raised objections to recent media interviews granted by the complainant, which allegedly included claims about her poor state in custody.
The presiding judge subsequently urged the prosecution to educate the complainant on refraining from making such public comments.
