A person has been confirmed deceased following a bee attack on supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Kpandai District.
The deceased individual was part of the campaign team that visited the area on Sunday, December 14.
According to Mr. Robert, the Kpandai Constituency Secretary of the NDC, the incident occurred shortly after the party concluded its campaign activities.
He informed journalists that the person who died was riding a motorbike when suddenly attacked by a swarm of bees.
In an attempt to flee, the individual dismounted but unfortunately lost their life amid the ensuing chaos.
Investigations are currently underway to ascertain the precise circumstances surrounding the incident.
