Pergringo Braimah Abubakah Sadick, alias ‘Cyborg,’ has been found guilty of unlawfully discharging a firearm in public.
He appeared before the Adenta Circuit Court One, presided over by Her Ladyship Angela Attachie, on December 31, 2025, where he pleaded guilty to the charge and expressed remorse.
The court imposed a fine of 2,000 penalty units, equivalent to GHC24,000.00, which the convict has since settled.
Furthermore, the court revoked the convict’s firearm licence and ordered the firearm’s confiscation to the state.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Police Service reiterates its commitment to upholding the law and ensuring public safety by taking stern action against the illicit use of firearms.
