Former Vice President and 2028 presidential candidate for the opposition New Patriotic Party Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has called on Ghanaians to work together to build a country of opportunity and hope for all citizens.
He stated that national progress would require a collective commitment from citizens to contribute to the country’s development and prosperity.
This was contained in a post he shared on his Facebook page as Ghana celebrates its 69th Independence Day celebrations.
He called on Ghanaians to unite around a shared vision for the nation’s future.
“Happy 69th Independence Day to my fellow Ghanaians. With a collective resolve, let’s build a Ghana of opportunity and hope for all citizens,” he said.
He stressed that there was the need for us to unite and cooperate with each other since that’s the only way we can remain strong and expand opportunities for its people.
