A District Court has remanded security guard Yaw Donkor into custody until March 25 following an alleged cutlass attack on 19-year-old student Agyekum Opoku.

According to police reports, the confrontation began when Donkor threw a stone at a dog that attempted to bite him. In response, Opoku—a final-year student at Nkwatia Senior High School (NKWASCO)—and four friends allegedly confronted and assaulted Donkor at his residence.

While the students reportedly returned later to apologize for the altercation, the situation turned violent.
