New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Youth Organizer hopeful, Alfred Ababio Kumi, popularly known as “Adenta Kumi,” has declared his readiness to make the ultimate sacrifice to ensure the party returns to power and rescues Ghana from what he describes as total destruction.

Speaking after filing his nomination forms, the former NPP parliamentary aspirant for the Adenta constituency and dedicated youth activist asserted that the current state of governance under the NDC administration demands that every loyal party member place the nation’s interest above personal comfort. He urged the NPP youth wing and grassroots supporters to remain steadfast, eliminate apathy, and actively rebuild the party’s structures nationwide.

Emphasizing the party’s determination to safeguard the democratic process, he issued a stern warning to political opponents. “The era of snatching ballot boxes during National elections are over we will go to the pit of hell in ensuring that ballot boxes are protected,” he stated.

According to Kumi, the party must take every necessary step to rekindle its appeal among young voters.

He stressed that the youth will not be cowed by intimidation from those currently in power, adding, “if we are arrested 100 times, we will speak the truth 500 times.”

Extending his defiance to political maneuvering, he warned that should the NDC attempt to target their members, the NPP would respond with fivefold resolve.

Underscoring his unrelenting commitment to the party’s standard-bearer, the aspirant declared that even if they have to go to hell and campaign to make Dr Mahamusu Bawunia the President in 2028, they will do so.

For Kumi, reclaiming power is an urgent mission to save Ghanaians from the ongoing socio-economic damage inflicted by the NDC government.
