Mahama leads delegation to funeral of late NDC chairman

Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama on Saturday led a delegation of party officials and supporters to attend the burial and funeral service of the late Richard Puolabong Bayiviella, Chairman of the Dafiama-Bussie-Issa Constituency of the NDC.

Popularly known as ‘Chairman Water’, the late Constituency Chairman was shot dead by persons who are still yet to be identified at Sagu, on the Wa -Tumu road in the Upper West Region.

Former President Mahama was accompanied by a high-powered delegation that included National Chairman Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nkatia, and the Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament Honourable Alban Bagbin.

Also present were various National Executives, Regional Chairmen, Members of Parliament, and thousands of supporters of the NDC.
