Recruits are required to surrender all electronic devices upon arrival at the academies. However, several individuals secretly retained their phones to make night-time calls, leading to their immediate removal.

The Minister emphasized that strict enforcement is crucial for maintaining discipline, particularly given the fierce competition during the latest intake. Out of more than 500,000 applicants nationwide, only 10,000 were selected, highlighting both high public interest and the heavy responsibility placed on successful candidates to obey institutional rules.
