The Chief Executive Officer of Mould A Life Foundation, a non – governmental organisation, Mrs Priscilla Bawuah, has embarked on Covid – 19 safety protocols education as well as donating Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and learning materials to Nyame – Bekyer3 M/A Basic School in the Akuapem North Municipality in the Eastern Region.
In an interview with Rainbow Radio’s Fiifi Ankomah, Mrs Bawuah indicated that the initiative was to ensure personal hygiene and help curb the spread of Covid – 19 in the classroom.
Receiving the items on behalf of the school, the headmistress of the Nyame – Bekyer3 M/A Basic, Martha Ehgan thanked the team for the kind gesture and said that the Covid – 19 education given to the pupil with the PPEs and the learning materials would enhance effective teaching and learning.
She seized the opportunity to appeal to other individuals and corporate institutions to come to the aid of the school to help enhance quality education in the area.
Some of the pupils who spoke to Rainbow Radio’s Fiifi Ankomah expressed their gratitude to the NGO.
They admitted that the virus was real, and the donation came in handy since it will help them protect themselves.
