A broadcast journalist with Onua Fm and TV, Captain Smart has been arrested.
He was arrested for making unsavoury pronouncements that hinge on peace and security, the Police have said.
He was arrested by the Nima Police Divisional Police Command.
He was cautioned on the offence of offensive conduct in breach of the peace as provided under section 207 of the Criminal Act, 1960, (Act 29).
