Rainbow Radio’s multi-talented Ampem Darko Odame has been nominated in the Western Radio and Television Personality Awards.
The head of marketing for the stations and presenter has been nominated in National Male TV Presenter of the Year.
The event is organized annually to reward outstanding media personalities the year under review.
Speaking to Rainbowradioonline.com, he said the nomination was a testament that he has distinguished himself the year under review.
According to him, the award scheme is not ordinary, and for him to have been nominated, he feels proud.
He promised to continue doing her best to ensure he leaves behind a legacy in the media space.
He advised his colleague journalists to continue to work in the interest of the people and themselves.

He also worked at GBC Sunrise Fm Koforidua reporting for news and producer of several programs.
He worked at Asuogyaman fm as morning show host and general manager and further came to Rainbow Radio as head of sales and marketing.
Odame had worked for Green TV and Ashaiman tv as morning show host.
Instituted two years ago, Western Radio and Television Personality Awards (WRTP Awards 2021) is being organized to reward and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of media personalities in the Western Region towards the media growth in the year under review.
Winners of WRTP Awards 2021 contest will be given brand new laptops in addition to the plaques to help them in their researches and line of duty.
The ceremony would come off tomorrow, Saturday, December 11, 2021.
