A 32-year-old man, Malik Tetteh, has been arrested by Awutu Breaku district police command for inflicting knife wounds in the palms of butchering an auto mechanic Dadzie Benjamin.
Narrating his ordeal on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the victim said the suspect and some other friends pounced on and inflected the knife wounds on him.
He alleged that the suspect was fighting with a relative of his and he separated them.
Not satisfied with what happened, the suspect allegedly went to mobilize some friends who came to attack him [the victim].
The victim disclosed that the suspect threatened to kill him and the Police will do nothing to him.
He indicated the suspect is fond of threatening people and using the Police as an excuse for his unlawful acts.
He further revealed that the suspect recently assaulted an apprentice of his, and after he was arrested, he [suspect] was left off the hook and even ahead saying, he would kill his apprentice for having him arrested.
Benjamin admonished the Police to deal ruthlessly with the suspect and his accomplices because they always brag about committing murder and escaping from justice.
