A traditional priest has reportedly shot himself after he allegedly shot his wife Abena Ketsewa, and his nine-year-old child, Richmond Tando.
The man is said to have carried out his action over marital issues at Enyan Abowinum in the Central Region.
The sad incident happened Wednesday, May 11, 2022, in the evening around 10 PM.
Some neighbours have claimed that the priest was having marital issues with his wife and decided to have an additional woman.
This resulted in continuous confusion between the couple.
According to the first daughter, her father had threatened to shoot all five children.
She further revealed the mother had told her she was resolving the confusion between her and the husband only to hear about the sad incident.
The bodies of the deceased persons have since been deposited at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Mortuary for autopsy and preservation.
