Despite his earlier hint of boycotting the picking of nomination for the presidential primary, Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Alban S.K. Bagbin has picked nomination form to contest the upcoming presidential primary of the opposition National Democratic Congress.
A member of his campaign team David Jawara Banye picked the form on behalf of Mr Bagbin Daniel Asuku has reported from the national headquarters.
Mr David Jawara Banye paid GHȼ20,000 in cash to pick the form for Mr Bagbin.
This brings to five the total number of aspirants who have picked nomination forms.
Former President John Mahama, Stephen Atubiga, Professor Joshua Alabi and Sylvester Mensah have all picked their forms.
