Chereponi: Houses touched in renewed clashes between two groups


Several houses and property have been set ablaze in a violent clash between two groups at Nanduni, a farming community in the Chereponi District in the Northern Region, Rainbow Radio’s Prince Kwame Tamakloe has reported.

According to him, some residents for fear of their lives have started fleeing to neighbouring Togo.

The incident he said occurred Monday December 31, 2018.

Meanwhile, no casualty has been recorded. Security persons in the area he said moved in swiftly to maintain law and order.
