A linguist at Abura Dunkwa, Opanyin Kojo Mensah, and his wife have been murdered in cold blood by unknown persons in their room at Abura Dunkwa in the Abura-Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region.
Information available indicates that the bodies of the two deceased persons were found in their room on Monday.
Children of the deceased persons were worried their parents had not woken up at their usual time.
They were found dead after the door to their room was forced open.
The linguist and his wife, Nana Hemaa, who is also the queen-mother of Ejumako Ntumi, left behind two children.
The bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital morgue, while the Central Regional Police Command has started investigations.
