A research team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Yeboah Agyei, says the compilation of a new register should not scare the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The communicator who is popularly known as Nana K said, because the NDC bloated the old register with names of unqualified persons, they are scared the NPP might do same. But I want to assure the NDC that the NPP will not entertain such lawless acts.”
The decision to compile a new register he added should not be a worry for any political party because if the new register will give us a clean, credible and transparent election, then we have to go for it.
