The newly elected TESCON executives at the Zuarungu Nursing Training College have assumed office.
The Zuarungu Nursing Training College in the Upper East Region, and the Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) chaired by the District Chief Executive for Garu Hon. Emmanuel Asore Avoka and other MMDCES across the region were all present at the ceremony.
Mr Emmanuel Asore Avoka, who was the chairman for occasion advised the TESCON members and the executives to be united and work hard to get more members, as the history of the school shows that about 65% population of the students are all TESCON members.
He stressed that the newly sworn in leadership have a huge task in making TESCON attractive to get more members to join.
The Upper East Regional Youth Organizer of the party, Mr Latifi reminded the leaders of the task ahead of them by ensuring that, they win more supporters for the party.
The President of the new executive Mr. Mbila Enock urged members to work hard, be committed and united than before to win more members to TESCON.
The new president also appealed to the Regional Executives to team up with the outgoing Executives to work hard and win more seat coming 2020 general election in the Upper East Region.
Mr. Alhassan Tiibe the outgoing TESCON President also appealed to the new executive’s, that, an association they will face challenges but they should team up to overcome all challenges they will facing.
He also promised to the new executive’s that anytime they want their assistance they call them.
The funder of TESCON in the Zuarungu NTC Suliy Kolan and the Patron of TESCON Mr. Alhassan, also advice the new executive’s to focus as executive’s but not by name.
