A ballot box snatcher has been shot dead in Awutu Senya West Constituency of the Central Region, Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, has gathered.
The person whose name has been withheld was allegedly shot for trying to snatch a ballot box at a polling station in the constituency.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at Swedru Government Hospital.
Police are still investigating the incident.
