The Electric coral Commission (EC), has confirmed there have been isolate cases of ballot tampering of the presidential ballot sheet.
It said the EC has identified and removed the electoral officers who did that from their post on the ongoing exercise.
The statement said the incidents were recorded in the Awutu Senya West and Bawku Central.
