The Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Apaak has retained his seat.
After results were collated from all the 57 polling stations, the incumbent won by polling 7451 votes.
The candidate for the NPP who is also the DCE Daniel Kwame Gariba garnered 5674.
The PNC candidate also polled 2931.
The total valid votes were 16,056, with 526 rejected ballots and total votes cast being 16,582.
For the presidential, former President John Dramani Mahama won by polling 9687 votes.
President Akufo-Addo polled 5052 votes.
The candidate for GUM got 126 votes whereas the CPP, GFP, GCPP, APC, LPG, PNC, NDP, IND polled 36, 23, 18, 38, 58, 586, 12, 12, and 29 respectively.
The total ballots were 15,677 with 928 rejected ballots.
The total votes cast was 16,605.
