The presidential candidate of the Liberal Party (LPG), Percival Kofi Akpaloo has conceded defeat although the EC was yet to declare the results.
Speaking exclusively to Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, he said he has congratulated the incumbent President, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
According to him, from the collation he has done, he believes President Akufo-Addo has been endorsed for a second term.
He was hopeful he would return a stronger candidate in 2024.
