The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has stated that it has stated that preliminary results should a positive outcome for the party.
The Director of Elections, Elvis Ankrah, for the party, said the party was sure of victory but the victory cannot be complete without the counting of the last ballot.
He indicated that the NDC has flipped several seats across the 16 regions.
He asked the party supporters to move to the various collation centres to protect their votes.
He added that the party has won and will win resoundingly.
