Checks by Rainbowradioonline.com has revealed that the Eastern Regional results declared at the regional collation centre was not the one that was certified and released by the Electoral Commission (EC).
Per our checks, all the candidates including the declared winner of the presidential election had more votes added his votes.
The total valid votes cast was 1,236,940 with 27,887 ejected ballots.
The total votes cast was 1,264,827.
The details of the results were as follows:

However, the results released by the EC did not tally with the one declared at the regional level.
The results released by the National Headquarters gave President Akufo-Addo 752,061 and John Dramani Mahama also had 470,999 votes which were different from what was declared.
Per the calculation, President Akufo-Addo had 22915 more votes whereas candidate John Dramani Mahama had 16,823 votes.
All the other candidates had votes added to what was declared for them.
