The Electoral Commission says the Sene East constituency seat is still outstanding since it has not been finalised.
According to the EC, it is working to finalise the process and declare the seat through a transparent, credible and peaceful conclusion.
The EC further indicated it was aware there are some contests ongoing in some of the seats declared.
It advised the political parties contesting these seats to use the laid down procedures.
The statement assured Ghanaians it will address the concerns in the shortest possible time.
Currently, the NPP has 137 seats in parliament whereas the NDC has 136.
Additionally, there is one independent seat.
