Former President John Dramani Mahama has noted that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be contesting the 2020 presidential election in court.
According to the former president, the decision was taken at a National Executive Meeting by the party.
Also, he has announced the party will continue to protest in demand for the enforcement of the rule of law and protection of life and property of the good people of Ghana.
He wrote: “The National Democratic Congress has decided to proceed to the Supreme Court to contest the results of the rigged elections of December 7. The decision follows a meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of our party on Tuesday in Accra.
