President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has made new appointments to the leadership of the Ghana Armed Forces.
The Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Seth Amoama has been appointed to act as Chief of Defence Staff.
His appointment takes effect Friday, February 5, 2021 pending consultation with the yet to be reconstituted Council of State.
Also, the President has appointed Rear Admiral Issah Adams Yakubu to to act as Chief of Naval Staff pending consultation with the yet to be reconstituted Council of State.
