Journalists who had gone to the Human Rights Court today, Monday, May 31, 2021, to cover the ruling of the two Rastafarian students’ case against Achimota School, were ordered to move out of the court.
The case was rescheduled from 9 am to 2 pm today May, 21, for judgment.
However, the court clerk and the police officer to the court announced that all persons who are not directly involved in the case including journalists are to walk out.
The court is presided over by Justice Gifty Agyei Addo.
Tyrone Marhguy and Oheneba Kweku Nkrabea filed suits against the School’s decision not to admit them over their dreadlocks.
