He noted that everyone has the freedom of religion so far as their religion has no negative impact on the administration of the school.

He explained that this would a forgotten battle and the only thing that is important is for the students to conform to the rules of the school.

According to him, the judge has spoken and a judgement has been delivered and the religious background should not be grounds for anyone to be denied education.

He said any institution that is aggrieved of a ruling has a right to appeal.

He added the Court of appeal will examine whether the judge who sat on the matter erred in law in reaching her judgement.

”If not so the Court of Appeal will affirm the decision if the High Court. They [school] have a right from the Court of Appeal to the SC. It is the SC’s ruling that is final in the circumstances”

He said he does not see anything wrong with the ruling that was delivered.

Meanwhile, one of the two dreadlock-wearing boys who were denied admission into Achimota School, Oheneba Nkrabea, has finally been admitted into the institution on Thursday, June 3, 2021.
