‘BetPlanet shuts down business in Ghana after 2 years’

After operating for two years in Ghana, BetPlanet is shutting down its operations.

No reasons have been assigned for the decision of the management of the company.

However, the company has asked their stakeholders and customers to withdraw all their balance and deposit by July 27, 2021.

The company has also announced that betting services are no longer available.

“BET PLANET IS CLOSING. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CUSTOM. Please withdraw any balance you have in your account as soon as possible. Deposits and betting services are no longer available.”

BetPlanet is operated by Planet Sports Limited, a company registered under the laws of Ghana on July b18, 2021 bearing registration number CS159012019.

It was licensed to provide gaming services under Class 2 Licence, bearing licence number GCSB20S9065G issued by the Gaming Commission.
